Beach View Hotel

The room was clean & spacious, had a microwave & fridge, sofa. 2 chairs and a table. If you're looking for "luxury" this is not it. If you want a simple clean safe place to stay right next to the beach/broadwalk with a pool this is it!
The staff is unmatched. Specail thanks to Ms. Fiona for being so informative, pleasant and helpful. she was amazing! She will be the reason I return. Davinna needs to learn from her.
They also have complimentary breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, chocolate chip cookies at night and coffee and tea all day!
Overall I would absolutely return to this hotel.

What a Charming spot! Beach View Hotel really lives up to its name - just steps from the sand and close to everything you could want when vacationing at the beach - restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. We visit in the fall when the crowds are lighter, the arcades are closed, and there are more dogs than kids - absolutely perfect for us. The hotel offers a typical but satisfying breakfast, coffee in both the lobby and rooms, wine and cheese at 5 PM, and warm cookies at 8 PM - such a nice touch after a beach walk. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, shower is hot, towels fluffy. Since we don't come to Rehoboth to hang out in the room, convenience and comfort are what matter most - and Beach View delivers both beautifully.

The property could not be beat for value, cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast every morning was spot on. The wine and cheese at night was fantastic and warm cookies before bed was an awesome way to finish a relaxing day. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly and amenity filled stay.
