For 49 years my family has, across many states, had a fresh cut Christmas tree for the holiday. This year's tree was in a class of its own. 6 weeks up, she was still green, fragrant and drinking water until we took her down yesterday for the Boy Scouts to haul away. Tree shopping was a delight: hot cocoa for the grands and a warm outdoor fire and chairs set the upcoming holiday stage just right. Many, many thanks! The Kuhlman Family

Ashley, Jimmi and their team did a fabulous job transforming my bare backyard into a beautiful oasis. From the initial design consultation where Ashley worked with me to transform my ideas into more than I could have dreamed to the professional installation and suggestions from the team, I couldn't be happier with the results.

NOTE, this review pertains to the landscaping team, NOT the garden center which I hear is great.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Poor customer service, poor communication, they don't care about you or your money. 4 months of pulling teeth to get any info, basically took my money and ran.
March 12: Initial call with my request for a walkway, spoke to Tina who was wonderful.
March 14: After a few quick emails, I got all the requested info to them and scheduled the consultation.
April 9: Consultation went great, I'm told designs are 4-6 weeks out.
April 11: I'm sent a fairly expensive invoice to pay for the upcoming design. I pay it.
April 16/17: I receive another invoice for the consultation that's already happened. Not happy about it but okay, I pay it.
May 21: I email Rebecca, who sent me the invoice, requesting an update as it has been almost 6 weeks. No reply.
June 2: I call the main #, get Tina again. She's surprised it's late, tells me Ashley has already left but will get me an update tomorrow.
June 3: Tina emails me a catalog, asks me to pick some things, tells me Ashley will give me a design by end of week. I thank her and tell her my catalog choices.
June 17: I still don't have an invoice or a design. I get an email from Tina to schedule a call with Ashley to discuss selections.
June 19: Call is on time, we discuss selections, she says she'll have the design for me soon.
July 8: I get an email from Ashley with an invoice for the walkway install. It's 50% over budget and has some incorrect details. No mention of the multiple missed dates, just a request for a large sum of money for an inaccurate design and a few terse emails. I reply with concerns over the inaccuracies and ask if a design should be attached as I still haven't received one.
July 9: Ashley sends the design. Design is inaccurate to our discussions and is in no world worth the amount paid for a design. I point out the problems with the design - not the price, just the inaccuracies.
July 11: I call the main number, tell (Michelle?) I have been waiting for 4 months and have some frustrations, ask if I should talk to her or Ashley about them. She says Ashley is busy and but said she will call me back.
Now: It's been a couple hours and is past their closing time, so I'm not expecting a call back.
Final Thoughts:
These folks are right down the road from me, so I'd been excited to get work done by them for years. The experience has been so incredibly disappointing. I feel disrespected and, frankly, I feel scammed. I hope something is salvageable, but the money and time wasted with this company is unfortunately all non-refundable.
Tina is great. Good customer service, good communication, good followthrough.
Ashley is unprofessional at best, incompetent at worst. Probably highly overworked from the sounds of it, in which case I sympathize, but the lack of communication and followthrough for a customer that has already paid is inexcusable.
