Absolutely Loved staying at this house and the location could not be any better. The ocean views from the bedroom deck were Amazing! And the Sunrises from the deck were absolutely breathtaking. Huge kitchen. The kitchen and the house have everything you need. The property manager was so kind and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. The one heads up I would share…and the listing Was completely accurate… But we had just assumed one of the rooms would be an en suite and they weren’t. Again the listing never said there was but that was the only thing that caught us off guard

Chelsea Webster at Penfed Realty was great! Super easy to work with and the rental process was very easy and quick. The home was beautiful with modern appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable. The house was very CLEAN and so homey. It's also very convenient to everything Rehoboth and a bicycle ride away to shopping, coffee and ocean. I highly recommend staying here!!!

We have been staying here at Sunspot, Unit 109 for 7 years and absolutely love it. This is a smaller condo but perfect for hubby, myself and our service dog (who is a huge fan of the Oceanfront balcony). The location is perfect and very quiet and the reserved parking spot is great. My favorite thing about this condo is that the dining room table is in front of a huge window that faces the ocean (the super comfy bed comes in a close second).
