Our stay at 6 Seaside in Rehoboth was fantastic. I never new of this hidden gem of Rehoboth until my cousin told me about it. It was our 2nd Annual cousin retreat and the house was amazing. The amenities were perfect.

We had a great stay at this townhome in 21 Canal Landing! The home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The kitchen was especially great—well stocked, updated, and perfect for cooking meals at home. We also loved the games and screened in porch, which made the stay even more fun for everyone.

The location was another huge plus—close to the beach, downtown Rehoboth, and everything we wanted to do. The pool was so refreshing on those hot days. The townhome was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Recently rented 12 Cheasapeake. Lots of good reviews for this property on the Berkshire site. That wasn't our experience. The owner has not maintained this house well or equipped to a standard appropriate for the neighborhood and price point. Our AC went out immediately, and the HVAC company let us know they had just come out to address the same issue a week or so previously. Curtain rods falling off all ove the house. Outdoor shower was inop. THe T was so small you couldn't see it from the couch across from it. I went to walmart and bought a new one. (55" for $250, you'd think owner could spring for?) I offered to leave it and just get reimbursed, but nope, a bridge too far to make things better for the next family. Not sure why so many folks gave this property high marks, and I'm not what value the Agency is really providing, if they don't hold the owners to high standard. Better to go VRBO where you can interact directly. Rehoboth by the Sea is an amazing place, we've rented many properties there for decades. Unfortunatley they are becoming more and more scare and expensive. I hope this one reinvests some of the $90,000 per season of rental income to make it nicer.
