Bethany Surf Shop

I took my daughter into Bethany Surf Shop today and was blown away by the kindness and welcoming of the guy working there, Bodhi. He showed us where to find things, different sizes and went above and beyond to help us out. He even ran after us when she left her purse in the dressing room! Can’t say enough good things about our experience and about Bodhi! You guys got a good one with him! We love the Bethany Surf Shop!

If I could give it no stars I would. Awful customer service and rude managers. Bought a pair of flip flops, they broke within 2 days. I tried to exchange them and they said no, They said I had to go through the manufacturer and they couldn’t help me since I wore them. Going through the manufacturer is a hassle. They should have exchanged them and went back to the manufacturer themselves but the manager was rude and wouldn’t consider it. They don’t care if their consumers are happy or not. Very poor customer service and unintelligent Management. Won’t return.
