Cafe Pink Blossom
Great lunch spot on Route 1. They have a large menu with tons of sandwiches, salads, burgers, cheese steaks, and pastas.
I had a tuna sandwich and my wife had the gyro. Both were delicious and came with a large side salad.
I also had a bloody mary- which was solid- and we enjoyed cappuccinos for dessert.
I highly recommend Pink Blossom. They have tons of parking, inside is super cute, and they have a deck for alfresco dining.

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots at the Delaware beaches! My favorite is the Mediterranean omelette. It is huge and we can usually share it. The parking lot is small and they get extremely busy in the summer, but we tend to go off season to avoid all of that. I highly recommend Cafe Pink Blossom!!

This is a charming little place, nice, soothing atmosphere, the food is good. I'd like to return to try some of the other dishes but the sausage gravy was pretty good, the potatoes were very good after a touch more salt to bring out the existing flavors. This place didn't blow me away but it was solid in what it delivered. The prices are comparable and you won't leave feeling like they got over on you. Nice place, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a decent breakfast.
I saw some of the pancake and French toast dishes coming out to other tables and felt some remorse in my decision to go for the sausage gravy. I will most certainly be back for some French toast, it looked divine!
The kids menu looked pretty solid, but I didn't have my minions along, so, can't speak for it as of yet.
Definitely worth a visit.
