Delicious, beyond fresh, and high quality! I think they have some of the best fried oysters around. Came around 4th of July and they were large, plump, mild and slightly sweet/milky in flavor, and very low in whatever you call the contents of the oyster’s stomach. They were frickin delicious and I totally should have got more. The sides were great. Fries were piping hot, as was the corn. I liked that they cooked the corn to order. Absolutely no complaints.

Update: Visited again in autumn and had an equally as amazing experience. Oysters were of a different variety this time, but that’s what rocks about local seafood! Tried more menu items like grilled rockfish and their crab soup. Amazing, and super friendly staff!

What a wonderful place. Didn't know much about it, but once I found out I went there twice in one week. I don't think I've ever seen such Quality Seafood balanced with a friendly price. I've been guilty of visiting other establishments based on name. Beleive me, I found out I paid for the name not the quality of seafood that was served. Lobster, crab cakes, salmon, clams, Old Bay waffle chips. The owner Bruce was incredible to talk to about obtaining quality seafood and the lengths he goes to get it. Bright cheery place well decorated and great staff. Kudos to a job well done!

Crab cakes were small and had much filler… tasted like cardboard. Bang bang shrimp was ok but just dipped shrimp in chile sauce… fish tacos had little fish but lots of lettuce/tomatoe. Honestly we paid $160 for 6 meals which came in below expectations. The staff was friendly but we came for the food. Sorry but capt Mack’s… you can do better.
