Hands down, this is by far the best Chinese food locally. I started with the Shanghai Wonton Soup. The aromatic, clear broth contained silky tender shrimp and pork filled wontons that were so delicate and tasty that they melted in my mouth. I followed this up with the Hunan Beef. This generous portion of medium spicy, tender thinly sliced beef was incredibly succulent and flavorful. Service was super friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back.

Literally stop reading this and just go, it's a winner and it's exactly what I was hoping for. Service 10/10, efficient and professional. It's perfect for date night. We are local and will definitely be going back. The portions are so generous. I highly recommend:
- Smoked tofu appetizer (spicy)
- Ginger chicken soup (cured me of any current or future illnesses)
- Bok choy side dish
- Ma La Tingling Chicken (sichuan peppers make your tongue tingle hehe)

Only critique is guys.. you need a menu redo.. it's like one huge wall of text. Otherwise, perfect experience, no notes!

Confucius is hands down the best Chinese restaurant out there. We have been coming here for 12+ years and it’s always great. The salt and pepper shrimp are amazing and the Peking duck never disappoints.
