John and Chuck from Delaware Paddlesports were super helpful and their customer service was top-notch. I had a 2020 Hobie Pro Angler that was out of warranty and had an issue where I needed an authorized dealer to submit a refurbishment request. Chuck provided me with some options, including some deals on a new Pro Angler, and Chuck was the one to execute the warranty claim. They did not have to help me as I had not purchased my kayak from them, but understood that I had an upcoming tournament coming up and was in a bind. Top notch guys and where I will be going when I upgrade my tournament rig next season. Highly recommend!

Just had a Newport motor put on my Bonafide. I am extremely pleased with the work they did installing it. Super clean look to the build. Great customer service. Kept me updated the entire time. Drove 3 hours to have them do it, and it was well worth it!
