Nothing bad to say, location is good, concerts on weekends once the season gets goin, and 45 minutes from Rehoboth and OCMD. Make sure you keep the grass mowed.

Does not allow motorcycles or slingshots entry as visitors. You must park up front at the convenience store and have the owner come pick you up. Other than that it’s really nice!!
