1st time visiting. Monday lunch.
Everything was great.
Very good beer selection...lots of DE and MD taps.
Crazy chicken club sandwich.
Flounder Rueben (gotta ask for it- tell em Kenny Catbox sent ya)

We had the most wonderful experience at Hooked Up this past weekend. The food was great, as always, but what stood out this time was the service. Our server FINN was amazing, they had a way of anticipating our needs before we had a chance to voice them. The difference between good restaurants and great ones is found in the level of service you receive, and FINN is a stand out professional and master of their craft. We need more servers like FINN in this world. We also found it so funny, that we shared the same last name, what are the chances?!

We came here the night before, and the service and food were great. Unfortunately, when we came back tonight, it felt like a completely different restaurant.
Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t do her job very well. She rarely checked on our table, and several times we needed something but couldn’t get her attention. At one point, she was in the back dancing with the manager while our table—and others—were being ignored.
The temperature inside the restaurant had to be at least 80 degrees. They had split AC units, but they didn’t seem to be working at all, which made the dining experience very uncomfortable.
The food was okay, but not nearly as good as the night before. The burger lacked seasoning and was pretty bland. The tacos were decent, but they also needed more seasoning to really stand out.
Overall, it was disappointing because we had such a good experience the first time and expected much better
