Big 5 Star rating for the staff at this hotel. Laurie, Jamie and Robbie took excellent care of us during a recent rare snow storm. Even as the hotel got completely booked because of power outages, they were kind, gracious and friendly. The chaos of nature didn't diminish their professionalism and we were so impressed with the many "hat's" they wore to make everyone happy. You are so lucky to have them!

I rarely leave reviews for hotel but this one deserves one.

Staffs were professional, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful patio area with a large indoor swimming pool is perfect for a wind down session after a long day at Rehoboth beach.

Grills were clean and ate dinner with hotel provided silverwares and plates… staffs were again wonderful accommodating us.

Hotel is very close to Weis where I got cheap ice, groceries, and other things.

10/10 for every aspect of the property.

Will be back for sure. Thanks!!

During the blizzard, Hyatt reached out to the community to offer rooms at a reasonable rate for those without power. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was treated like family. It was so refreshing to see Hyatt come together with the local community during a time that we needed them the most. I highly recommend Hyatt in Lewes.
