Outstanding hotel. Great location. Great staff. Have been staying at this Hyatt almost every year since opened. Has indoor pool and wish it gad outdoor pool as well. The condos at the Hyatt does have a pool but not part organized by hotel- private owners.

While the proximity to the beach is awesome, we were disappointed in the standard of our room. It was clean and comfortable but with wallpaper falling off in areas and a tiled shower floor that made me wish I'd brought flip flops for it. That said, staff were great, friendly, and even suggested we have an alternate room away from the very busy doorways and elevators during our weekend stay.

My first time at Dewey beach. The hotel was wonderful. I would like to specifically call out Mia who was an absolute joy. She always had a smile and really made the stay better she was fantastic. I had a conversation with her and she said she loves her job this comes out with every interaction. What an asset for Hyatt. When you are away from home you remember bad experiences really easily but it takes a lot to remember the good. We will definitely always remember Mia. Thank you Hyatt and Mia.
