Loved our stay here. Despite having to cut our vacation slightly short due to illness, we always felt welcome the entire trip. The staff went out of their way to answer our questions and accommodate requests. The 2 queen room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Our kids had fun in the indoor pool, which was kept at a nice temperature. Location is a stone’s throw from the beach, and there’s plenty of fun to be had within walking distance.

It was our first time in Dewey Beach and had a great experience at this hotel. The location is ideal and the staff were extremely accommodating. We had a slight hiccup at check in, we did travel with our dog, but it was instantly remedied. Mia was outstanding and very attentive to the guests. The staff were super friendly . We have definitely found our “go to” place. I highly recommend this hotel .

We have stayed at many hyatts over the years, this one was average to a bit below overall. Too many dogs with barking being annoying after awhile. No access to the outside pool for hotel customers. Rooms being on the smaller side. No kitchenette or balcony. The view from the window was a parking lot. If our stay was longer than just 3 days we would of stayed elsewhere. One positive was the breakfast and the spacious dining area. The workers seemed pleasant also. Quick access to the beach is nice. I would of payed extra to have access to outside pool.
