Check your to go orders. They’re wrong or missing something often! Like salads without dressing.

Tonight ordered a medium well cheeseburger to go and came home with a burnt hockey puck hamburger.
Returned and told manager the order taker had twice read it back wrong as well. He repeated it back to me …wrong right in front of me!

Five minutes later - impossible to cook a burger in five minutes - he brought out a bag and suggested I check- I found a nearly completely raw cheeseburger! His response? “Well we tried to get it out to you fast!” Seriously!

All apologies came with heavy attitude.

A second manager (woman) was even worse to me as if the two trips back and forth for food no self-respecting chef would allow to leave the kitchen - was entirely my fault. Here’s what you get ordering a medium-Well cheeseburger: see pic

Service was good, food seemed good quality, nice atmosphere (although perhaps a bit loud). The chicken fingers were really juicy inside with a good honey mustard dipping sauce. However, I didn't really care for the breading, which was rather thin and texturally not the greatest. The green beans were good quality, but they were really under seasoned for my taste. I wasn't hugely impressed with the food, but friends of mine love this place, so it really comes down to personal preference.

Stopped for dinner on Sunday with a group of 7 and were pretty disappointed with the food. We had good experiences previously but the quality has just gone downhill and the last few times we’ve eaten here we’ve left disappointed. Our server and all the staff we encountered were great, super friendly, but most of what we ordered was either underwhelming or just not good at all. Our party ordered oysters, fried and grilled scallops, mac and cheese, wings, short ribs, a turkey burger and the buffalo chicken sandwich, all with various sides. We always prefer to support local businesses over chains but after the last few underwhelming experiences and the variety of other great non-chain restaurants in the area, I don’t think we’ll be back.
