I've had Mancini’s on my list for a while now, and the stars finally lined up where I was in Fenwick, hungry, and didn't have other plans. I'm so glad we stopped in because it was absolutely delicious.
We started with a Caesar salad and the portobello mushrooms. The mushrooms were fantastic- the combination with the gorgonzola and foccaccia bread for dipping was a heavenly combination.
For dinner, I had the linguini with red clam sauce and my wife had the lasagna al Forno. The linguini was excellent- their "famous" marinara sauce 100% lived up to expectations. It had that homemade Italian family recipe taste that is hard to replicate. The lasagna was hearty and rich- and large enough to take half home.
Overall, Mancini’s had a traditional family Italian restaurant feel, which is often not easy to find at the Delaware beaches. The service was excellent and they have plenty of parking (you can also park across the street at the church).
We will definitely be back to Mancini’s soon! They have a ton of pastas on the menu that I want to try- not to mention their pizza.

We came to this place when another pizza/Italian joint down the street had us waiting at the door because they "...only had one server" that night.
We're really thankful we made the snap decision to turn heel and drive northbound until we found a better gig, because we most certainly did. The wait staff was incredibly personable and patient with my three rambunctious children (brought out chunks of pizza dough for them to play with and they did... quietly... the whole time we sat there, I couldn't believe it.).
Service was prompt, and the food was very, very good. Our family had a sampling of nearly every type they had on the menu - salad, pasta, specialty, pizza - and everything was up to our NYer expectations, when it comes to Italian food.
Couple notes - They told us the brick oven pizza was 11", but it was a little bigger than that. Not complaining, but if you're wondering how many to get, I'd say the pizza will feed two adults who have already had apps, two or three kids, or one adult who wants a couple cold slices in the fridge when they wake up in the middle of the night, later.
-Later in the evening, the lighting is a little dark for my tastes. I know that's the "table in the back" sorta ambience a lot of Italian places go with, I'm just mentioning in case that matters to you.
All in all, we were very thankful the place down the street didn't have it's s--- together, because Mancini's was a great stop for my family.

Got take out. Ordered Alfredo pasta for $26 😅 … took them 2 minutes to make it. It tastes more bland than the frozen ones that cost $1. Disappointed.
