Miltonian Pizzeria & Wing House
If you’re anywhere near Milton, Delaware, do yourself a favor and head straight to Miltonian Pizzeria & Wing House – this place is an absolute standout! We have been going for the last few months, and it never disappoints. The menu is expansive and has something for everyone: from classic and specialty pizzas to strombolis, calzones, subs, pastas, burgers, salads, and more. It’s the kind of spot where you can satisfy any craving without ever getting bored.
But let’s talk about what really sets them apart – their incredible variety of wing sauces! These aren’t your standard buffalo or BBQ; they’ve got unique, house-made options crafted by a classically trained chef, like the fiery Kamikaze, the bold Killer, sweet Honey BBQ, Bee Sting, and so many others. Every sauce is packed with flavor, perfectly coating juicy, crispy wings that are always cooked to perfection. I could eat these wings every day and never tire of trying new combinations – they’re that addictive!
The pizzas are no slouch either. The plain cheese pizza is pure comfort food bliss: fresh dough, tangy sauce, and gooey cheese in perfect harmony. And the white pizza? Wow – creamy ricotta, garlic, and mozzarella that melts in your mouth. Both were absolutely amazing on my last visit, with generous portions and that homemade touch that beats any chain hands down.
On top of the fantastic food, the staff is always so friendly and nice. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in – attentive service, quick takeout, and a welcoming vibe that keeps me coming back.
Miltonian is hands-down one of the best spots in Sussex County. Highly recommend – you won’t be disappointed!

What a fantastic pizzeria! We’ve lived here for a year and somehow just discovered this gem—better late than never, right? The staff was a highlight too, with our waitress/staff being super friendly and attentive, like she had a sixth sense for when we needed more napkins or a refill (no mind-reading required, apparently!). We absolutely loved the pizza, with its super-fresh pepperoni that puts the competition to shame. They went a bit overboard on the black olives (think olive avalanche), which was heaven for me but sparked a friendly debate with my partner. Luckily, the generous heap of pepperoni had us both high-fiving in agreement. We also tackled the “Killer” wings, which turned out to be more “Kitten” level—barely a tingle, but hey, who needs fire-breathing when the flavor’s on point? We’ll most definitely be back; that endless trek to Lewes/Rehoboth was starting to feel like a bad road trip movie. Oh, and we snagged some cannolis for dessert—pure bliss awaits!

An Italian place with strict, German rules. Don’t ask for red sauce on the Alfredo dishes. And don’t ask for linguine instead of angel hair with the Bolognese, even though the menu says you can do a pasta upgrade. Our friendly waitress explained that’s just the way it is. I don’t know if it’s the cook or the owner, but that’s not the way to win over new customers. I was ready to leave until the server suggested we try the wings, and they were OK. Kudos to her for saving an order.
