Seaside Nature Center
I was at the Seaside Nature Center. I was looking for something to do. It was a cold day at the shore. I was surprised that such a small place had such vibrant sea life! I saw Horseshoe Crabs, Puffer Fish, Flounders, Pompano (Yes, a popular fish in Pompano Beach, Florida) Fish, and Diamondback Terrapins, a marshland Turtle! I was impressed. The gift shop had a limited selection, but I enjoyed this little center.

Came here en route to the David McBride Beach. There are lots of available bikes to borrow and miles of trails going along WW2 exhibits.
The Nature Center building is small, but does include fun animal exhibits for both seeing and touching.
This stop took us around 20 minutes, and there were no crowds.

It's small, but very cute. Takes about 15 minutes to see everything, longer if you stop to read the informative signs next to each aquarium. There is a small merch area, a tank where you can touch a horseshoe crab, and luckily a very clean bathroom. Not a destination on its own, but a cool little side quest in the state park.
