We booked a last-minute weekend getaway and chose Bellmoor Inn & Spa without doing much research. We arrived earlier than expected, and our room was already ready, which was a great start and much appreciated.
Our check-in experience, however, was underwhelming. The front desk associate who checked us in was very brief. We received our room keys and directions to our room, but no information about the hotel’s amenities, breakfast, shuttle service, or other details that are typically helpful for first-time guests.
While checking in, I noticed another front desk associate assisting other guests. He was friendly, engaging, and took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities and answer questions. The difference in the two interactions was noticeable.
The hotel itself was beautiful, and we appreciated being able to check in early. With a more welcoming and consistent check-in experience, this would have been an even better stay.

Best 3 night beach getaway in the winter. The Inn and service was amazing! Great breakfast, bar and common areas to relax by the fire. Easy walk to everything you’d possibly need. Spa and hot tub were great. Free mimosas a bonus too!

Staff were friendly. Shuttle to the beach was convenient and the beach is close enough to walk there if you want. The garden area was a nice quiet vibe. Breakfast was good (I had a fresh omelette and some other things) and the afternoon cookies are a nice touch.
