The Cured Plate - Libations & Lounge

We were just here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and once again we had a fantastic experience!! I have been thinking about the pork shank dish for weeks since my wife showed it to me on Facebook, and it definitely was worth the wait!! My wife got the surf and turf special and everything was perfect. They even subbed out the asparagus for brussels at her request without any issue. We both enjoyed a cocktail - she had the chocolate covered strawberry martini and I had the bearclaw. I think the bearclaw was possibly the best cocktail I’ve ever had. We know the restaurant is small, so this was no concern for us, and even though every table was packed for the holiday we had exceptional service and food! We loved it and will definitely be back again soon!!

The service was very attentive and dependable! We loved the elevated atmosphere, food, and drinks. We had asked for one of their drinks to be made half as sweet, and the waitress and bartender were very accommodating. We were there for a birthday dinner, and they had taken steps to make the occasion feel special for my dad’s birthday, which speaks volumes. The hostess had recommended the banana’s foster dessert, unprompted, and I’m so happy she did! 10/10 would return (:

This place was amazing. Food was delicious drinks were even better. The atmosphere definitely had you feeling the 1920 prohibition era. My only complaint is it was not very spacious. Im a plus size girlie and it was very little room to even get up and walk to the restroom. Keep going tho. I will definitely be back.
